VDP Analyzer is a further development of the camera-based Visual Die Protection system. In addition to the images, it also displays the associated data. By examining the data series over a day or a shift, the relevant times when process fluctuations or machine stops occurred can be quickly identified. This enables the causes of stops to be analyzed and of appropriate changes implemented.
Navigate through the production process hub by hub and determine, for example, whether all parts are consistently placed in the correct position or if unintended fluctuations occur. With this analysis, you can optimize the adjustment of the transfer grippers or guides. Tests at different stroke rates can also be conducted to determine at which stroke rates the processes run stably, and whether further increasing the stroke rate further leads to a higher throughput.

Using the VDP Analyzer, future system downtimes can be prevented, thereby increasing process stability and ultimately the output. The system also allows of time series and image data to be output for documentation purposes and future comparisons. The Visual Die Protection Analyzer can be accessed at the system, or optionally deployed remotely from an office workstation.Image data from the system can be exported for documentation purposes and for sharing with relevant employees.
